- Independently performs analysis and reports against security risks to protect data, applications, and infrastructure using modern tools
- Conducts reviews on existing security controls with minimal oversight
- Identifies gaps in network architecture as defined by Senior Security Architects and creates detailed documentation of threats and mitigations for small software applications with few to no missing security threats
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
- Formal training or certification on cybersecurity concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience in reviewing/evaluating solutions based on existing security parameters
- Experience conducting architecture reviews to find and evaluate application and infrastructure security risks
- Ability to evaluate current cybersecurity technologies to recommend ways to optimize architecture
- Hands on experience in architecting, securing, and operating one or more major Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), with a focus on Security
- Experience leading/performing Threat Modeling using industry standard methodologies
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead architecture discussions and meetings with partner teams, product owners and customers
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security etc.
- Experience with Terraform and scripting.
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

As a Cybersecurity Architect III at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization, you will be a key player in delivering top-notch cybersecurity architecture solutions for various software applications and platforms.
