    As a Brennan dive site safety manager, youll work directly with a supervisor or project manager to complete dives that are critical to a project's construction including the responsibilities below.
    Enforce commercial diving safety regulations Conduct meetings with field personnel and contractors Create, develop, and implement procedures for policies, plans and standard operating procedures for dive safety Review accident, injury and illness reports to detect problem areas related to our divers safety Evaluate working conditions, observes dive crews at work, and recommend improvements in safety and health methods, practices, and procedures Continually work to improve the Brennan dive manual with HASPs, AHAs, FMEA docs and ISO compliance Monitor and verify applicable employee dive certifications for ADCI complianceWe are looking for a self-motivated, team player who is detailed oriented and committed to continuous growth and learning.
    3-8 years of commercial diving experience Be an active member of an ADCI chapter Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to learn and use sound monitoring equipment, obtain OSHA 132 and EM 385 within first year Ability to work with field personnel and promote our corporate safety initiative Knowledge of safety programs, OSHA, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Coast Guard, NFPA, RXR and customer project specific safety requirements Ability to travel 75-100% of the time You will get to work for a company voted by our employees as a Great Place to Work , for the fourth year in a row.
