    Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team in residential services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting customers with comfort solutions through heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Work closely with installation crews to deliver high-quality installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience selling residential services, with some locations requiring HVAC-specific experience.

    • A proven work ethic, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
    • The willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
