PrideStaff is conducting a search for a Massillon, OH client for a Plant Manager.

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of production management, quality, maintenance, safety, purchasing, and leadership of manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing / Process Improvements

Shipping

Housekeeping in Plant

Key Knowledge and Abilities:

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

Experience in plastics manufacturing strongly preferred

Strong administration and management ability

Complete understanding of manufacturing policies & procedures

Policy making, procedures, planning, implementation, and direction of subordinates

Strong teambuilding expertise with focus on coaching and performance management

Identify problems and create plan to positively resolve them
