Position: Operations General Manager

Location: El Paso, Texas area

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
Experience managing a fast-paced Cross-Dock Operation in Transloading Warehouse overseeing Customs, Procurement & Purchasing departments.
Full P&L experience along with management of Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Experience with Import, Export, and Cross Border operations serving large customers in northern Mexico.
A Self-Started with Strong Leadership Skills, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, and Problem-Solving Skills.
Project Management skills and ability manage Legal Issues, Vendor Negotiations, Compliance, and Strategic Initiatives.
Working knowledge of U.S. Customs, Mexican Customs and documentation requirements.
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kanban, Just-in Time, and Kaizen.
Flexible to work Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and 60+ hour work weeks as needed.
Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
