    Position: Operations General Manager

    Location: El Paso, Texas area

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
    • Experience managing a fast-paced Cross-Dock Operation in Transloading Warehouse overseeing Customs, Procurement & Purchasing departments.
    • Full P&L experience along with management of Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
    • Experience with Import, Export, and Cross Border operations serving large customers in northern Mexico.
    • A Self-Started with Strong Leadership Skills, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, and Problem-Solving Skills.
    • Project Management skills and ability manage Legal Issues, Vendor Negotiations, Compliance, and Strategic Initiatives.
    • Working knowledge of U.S. Customs, Mexican Customs and documentation requirements.
    • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kanban, Just-in Time, and Kaizen.
    • Flexible to work Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and 60+ hour work weeks as needed.
    • Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
