We are more than just selling donations; we use the funds generated to provide employment services, digital skills training, guide programs, and a school for adult students to obtain their high school diplomas.

Essential Functions:
Facility maintenance, up-keep and improvements for operational, safe, and pleasant environment. Including, but not limited to those involving electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, etc. for all Goodwill locations as assigned.
Perform and document routine inspections of building and equipment.
Pick up supplies and materials, as needed.
Work effectively in a variety of locations and environments including indoors, outdoors, and inclement weather.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and able to perform the assigned responsibilities (standing, bending, walking, climbing).Must be able to work at height while utilizing proper PPE.Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Other Duties:
Performance of other duties on behalf of the agency as assigned. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations including but not limited to wearing protective eyewear and gloves, as required.

Qualifications:
Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and initiative.
Ability to communicate effectively and compute figures.
Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions and alternatives.
Experience and knowledge of the mechanics required to address electrical, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry issues.
Experience with variety of hand tools.
Familiar with maintenance protocols and safety regulations.
Dependable, honest, good judgement and flexible in scheduling.
Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Provide police background report.
Submit to pre-employment and random drug screens.
Loyalty to the agency and its policies.
