    About the Role:

    We are looking for a highly skilled and extremely motivated individual to join our organization as a KCS Program Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for owning the development and implementation of a comprehensive Knowledge Centered Service(KCS) program.

    This program will include all areas related to KCS including training, driving organizational adoption, KPI development, reporting, innovation and planning how KCS can best support our customers.

    What You'll Do:

    • Program Strategy: Develop a robust and engaging KCS program that covers all essential domains of knowledge. Develop the program to drive continual improvements and cater to the needs of a global organization.
    • KCS Purpose: Develop a KCS vision to innovate knowledge delivery, making it easier for internal teams, partners, & customers to find and ingest CrowdStrike knowledge.
    • Adoption: Build and maintain a comprehensive plan for increasing KCS engagement and improving Knowledge content quality. Evangelize the value of KCS for customers and internal users.
    • Reporting: Create & present detailed KCS program roadmaps and dashboards. Develop strategic goals, identify deliverables, break them down to tactical action items, and drive to success.
    • Impact: Provide executive and tactical reporting to measure progress across KCS KPI s.
    • Agile: Utilize Agile methodology for managing program tasks & deliverables.
    • Relationships: Identify and establish partnerships with internal organizations. Communicate the role and value of the Knowledge team while supporting the overarching goals of the Customer Success organization.
    • Innovate: Identify the knowledge formats that customers find most palatable and drive plans to evolve the KCS program to deliver content where and how customers demand it.
    • Video: Develop a strategy and action plan to effectively use video in the delivery of Knowledge.
    • Vendors: Manage vendor relationships and insure the effective deployment of KCS supporting platforms and solutions.
    • Global Council: Facilitate a Global KCS Council to provide user feedback, standards adoption, identify knowledge gaps and plan for the improvement of the KCS experience

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent real world experience.
    • Proven experience in the development and implementation of KCS programs for a global organization.
    • Working knowledge of Agile concepts and methodologies.
    • Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.

    e- CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
