We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Office Assistant / HR Assistant to support daily office operations, HR coordination, and basic IT administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in employee onboarding, documentation, scheduling,
and internal communication while ensuring smooth office workflow.
  • Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities
  • Maintain employee records files and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings interviews and internal calls
  • Handle emails phone calls  and office communication professionally
