KidsCare Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy for pediatric patients in a home health setting.Responsibilities
- Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
- Maintain appropriate communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress.
