About the Company's Location: AdventHealth Ocala
Your Role:
As a valuable member of the team, you will provide direct patient care on a designated unit, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will oversee all technical aspects of nursing care within AdventHealth Ocala's established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing patient care, guiding ancillary staff, and may even act as a charge nurse or assist physicians within the nursing unit.
