Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a highly experienced Director of Clinical Solutions to provide strategic, operational and technical leadership across its Clinical Solutions department.
- Provide strategic leadership for the planning execution optimization and stabilization of Clinical Solutions initiatives.
- Mentor high-performing teams while maintaining strong morale accountability and cultural alignment.
- Partner closely with business leaders ISD teams and vendors to deliver complex cross-functional programs
- Support oversee clinical non-clinical initiatives across areas such as Population Health Interoperability Community Benefits Research Genomics Care Case Management Outpatient Rehabilitation Post-Acute Care Advanced Care at Home Patient Experience Ensure efficient consistent high-quality delivery of clinical application services Lead change management optimization stabilization efforts across clinical systems Oversee resource capacity demand management meet evolving organizational needs Apply advanced analytical technical project management skills resolve complex system operational challenges Promote exceptional customer service integrating Memorial Hermanns Partners-in-Caring behaviors operating principles interactions Technical Leadership Skills Must Have Proven ability support IT managers teams balancing execution team morale Strategic planning expertise define clear actionable roadmaps Strong partnership skills business ISD vendor stakeholders Experience managing complex programs cross-functional initiatives Positive solutions-oriented leadership style Experience leading teams transformation optimization stabilization Experience Epic EHR platforms Strong leadership project management organizational skills Expertise resource capacity demand management Strong technical business acumen Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor degree Computer Science clinical discipline related field equivalent experience Experience Demonstrated experience leading delivering projects complex IT environments Advanced application programming knowledge In-depth technical expertise complex problem-solving abilities Skills Exceptional written verbal communication Strong interpersonal leadership skills Proven experience mentoring developing team members Additional Requirements Seasonal Flu Vaccine Annual TB Skin Test For more information please contact Robin}
