Residential Group Home Floater
Who Are We:
InReach provides a wide variety of supports and services across the lifespan for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.
What we need:
Friendly and caring individuals who work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in a residential home setting in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Must be willing to have an open and flexible schedule; Must be willing to travel within Mecklenburg and Union Counties;
What You'll Do:
Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours/week
Rate: $17.50 per hour / with a Sign-On Bonus of $2000
Schedule: Flexible and Open / Some Weekends/ Some Overnights
Location: Charlotte and surrounding areas (Mileage reimbursement for travel between assigned group homes)
Benefits:
All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
