    A DAY IN THE LIFE AS CLINICAL COORDINATOR


    As the Clinical Coordinator, you will use your leadership and organizational skills to keep our different team members and departments working smoothly together with each other. You work to compose strategic plans in order to best perform our mission and goals. Each team member is uniquely skilled, and each department has its own focus. But under your expert direction, the result is much greater than any individual part.


    This role functions as a lead in our orthopedic clinic and no two days will be the same. You will provide leadership and direction to our clinical staff and inspire them to excel in customer service and patient-focused care at all levels. You give guidance and support to ensure that everyone is motivated to play their part in improving patient care. While you are positive and supportive, you recognize that there is always room for improvement. You listen to our patients and are always looking for ways to increase their satisfaction.


    Part of what you do as a leader is an art, and part of it is analytical. You collect data in order to identify trends and make recommendations for change as needed. You are always evaluating processes and finding ways to be more efficient without losing quality. You are innovative in your thinking and never use "that's the way we've always done it" as an excuse. Your style of performance fosters teamwork, respect, cooperation, accountability, and trust. You believe in our clinic's mission and want the very best outcome for our patients.


    QUALIFICATIONS


    * Education in nursing, health administration, or a related field (RN preferred)
    * Knowledge about different clinical models and their effectiveness
    * Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    * Leadership experience
    * Orthopedic Clinical experience
    * Customer service and conflict resolution expert
