We are looking to hire a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.
Saint Alphonsus Health System is currently offering:~ Consideration of a $10,000 sign on bonus

~ Shift Differentials based on work schedules
~8% differential as part of the critical care float pool
Have an opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center
~ Provide next level care for critically ill patients
~ H ave the opportunity to float to our ICU, CICU, CVICU, Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU, and Emergency Department
~ Care for some of the area's highest acuity patients needing neuro, medical, surgical, cardiac and trauma care
~ Work independently and autonomously in critical care areas
Multistate license must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
Prior critical care experience in an acute care setting (high acuity, critical patient population) preferred
