Legacy House of Avondale is seeking compassionate individuals to fill the role of full- or part-time Caregiving - Personal Care Attendant. Located in Avondale, AZ, this position offers competitive compensation starting at $16 per hour, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our benefits include:

Full-time positions are available with shifts running from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including one weekend a week is mandatory. Part-time schedules are also available. Our scheduling system allows for flexibility to accommodate your needs and preferences.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A current food handler's card, CPR/first aid card, and negative TB report
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward senior and their unique needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CAREGIVING - PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT

As a full- or part-time Caregiving - Personal Care Attendant, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized assistance and companionship to our senior residents. Your day will involve helping with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and light housekeeping. Additionally, you'll engage residents in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and physical well-being. Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our residents will be a top priority, along with timely reporting of any changes or concerns.
