• Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
• Professional Engineering License desired
• Knowledge of or experience in the software development process
• Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
• Journeyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers

• Leads the development, maintenance and execution of software test plans, test scenarios and test cases to be used in the evaluation of software applications
• Leads testing/evaluation of software applications and records actual test results and compares to expected results
• Documents and performs root cause analysis of relevant defects and issues
• Designs, builds, and automates test software
• Performs functional, regression, system, and performance testing
• Develops and analyzes requirements

• BS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 10 years of related engineering experience

• BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 7 years of related engineering experience

• BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience

• Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI M, and other applicable laws and regulations
• Other relevant core and advanced certifications and/or licensure as customary or required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
