    We specialize in commercial projects with a limited scope, such as shell construction and interior buildouts, upgrades, panel replacements, remodels, and high-quality residential service work.

    Position Overview


    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Electrician with at least 10 years of field experience, primarily focused on both new commercial construction and existing commercial service work.

    This role requires someone who can take ownership of mid-size commercial projects ranging from $5,000 to $200,000, often leading 1–3 helpers or apprentices, while also handling small residential service jobs independently when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute commercial projects which include new construction shell work as well as existing commercial services

    This would include:

    • Commercial service upgrades
    • Panel replacements
    • Commercial shells/shell buildouts
    • Supervise and guide 1–3 team members on commercial jobsites
    • Work independently on smallscale residential service projects when assigned
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
    • Ensure all work complies with the Floridaadopted National Electrical Code (NEC)
    • Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and field service manager
    • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and material logs accurately
    • Safely operate tools, vehicles, and equipment
    • Responsible for ordering, returning, and tracking material for job.
    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with a strong commercial background
    • Residential service experience (basic troubleshooting, panel swaps, etc.)
    • Solid knowledge of the NEC and Florida electrical code requirements
    • Experience leading small crews (1–3 workers)
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving xhmxlyz record
    • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Florida journeyman or master electrician license a plus
