    Description

    Position Overview

    As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible to grow your specified territory, as well as travel for patient and doctor demonstrations within your assigned region on behalf of Territory Business Managers. You will also assist the Clinical Education team by attending conferences. In this position, you will be working daily at our corporate HQ unless traveling. Travel is expected at 50-75% (includes overnight and weekend travel).

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a deep understanding of the regenerative medicine products being sold and staying updated on advancements in the field.
    • Conducting as needed product training sessions for TBMs to ensure they have comprehensive knowledge of the products and can effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
    • Working closely with the Area Vice President providing ongoing support and guidance to direct sales team.
    • Conduct field demonstrations within your assigned Region.
    • Commitment of high-volume inside sales activities under the direction of an AVP.
    • Inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Complete extensive APEX Biologix LMS and other training successfully.
    • Attending national tradeshows/conferences, as needed.
    • Work directly with marketing team in digital sales development projects.
    • Use social media, such as LinkedIn, to identify and connect with potential customers.
    • Utilization of HubSpot
    • Territory development project for each specialty
    • Outside sales activities and account management.

    Compensation

    • W2 Position
    • Total Compensation - $90,000-120,000 first year expected.
