- Coordinate and lead manufacturing operations of the Fabrication Department to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor supply levels and request parts and supplies as necessary.
- Interpret blueprints and provide guidance to employees on assembly procedures.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining production fixtures.
- Supervise production fabrication teams.
- Ensure and confirm product quality.
- Prioritize safety and demonstrate experience in maintaining a safe shop floor environment.
- Familiarity with TAKT and Std Cost Efficiency reporting.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Background in Metal Fabrication
- Completion of a Degree or vocational program is a bonus.
- Bilingual skills preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a metals manufacturing setting.
- At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience with sheers, press brakes, small tools, and CNC machining is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities are essential.
- Prior exposure to 5S and lean manufacturing techniques.

Summary
We are looking for a Fabricator Supervisor to join the team. This key role involves working closely with plant management and production staff to ensure alignment with safety, productivity, and quality standards established by customers and the company.
This supervisory position requires proficiency in blueprint reading, familiarity with production fixtures, and hands-on experience with tools like sheers, press brakes, and CNC machining, which are all valuable skills. The ideal candidates will have a degree or vocational qualification along with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
