    Atlassians Channel community is growing and we are looking for amazing TEAM members to help us take our Channel Incentive programs portfolio to the next level.

    As a team member, you will be responsible for developing the direction and roadmap for a set of partner incentive programs at Atlassian along with creating, executing, managing and optimizing programs for Partners (Solution Partners, Integrators, & Aggregators) globally.

    Partner Program Manager of Incentive Programs should possess a diverse skill set, including exceptional communication and social skills, as well as financial and analytical abilities.

    The role requires a proven track record in cross-team collaboration, program & project management, forecasting, and execution capabilities.

    There will be a balance of strategic process thinking, creative ideas and problem-solving, and rolling up the sleeves to resolve tactical issues.

    Being open to change and new ideas is essential in challenging the status quo to reinvent current processes and policies.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to help identify, design, and implement the programs and business processes necessary to implement a successful set of channel partner incentives for Atlassian globally.

    Identify strategies, designs, and program structures to accelerate and drive Partner growth of Atlassian product sales and service offerings.

    Collaborate with teams to build channel partner and internal program documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing collateral that supports programs globally.

    Manage the partner and internal teams' feedback on the program once launched and effectively implement a roadmap for optimization.

    6+ years of related channel programs or channel marketing/sales experience with industry vertical market expertise in either Public Sector, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, etc.

    ~ A solid understanding of Channel Partner business models and what roles Partners can play to help solution, sell, and add services with software and SaaS products.
    ~ Proven leadership in a global software or cloud organization.
    ~ Excellent communication, organizational, financial/analytical and interpersonal skills working with executive leadership internally and with channel partners. The role requires a proven track record in messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities. A requirement is to motivate, leverage, and manage internal teams on a project basis in order to accomplish the program strategy.
    ~ Experience driving business plans, financial models, and data & analytics to justify programs and roadmap.
    ~ Channel marketing and partner/sales operations experience
