Lincare is currently seeking a Medical Director to support our operations in Oregon on an as-needed contract basis.

The Medical Director will supervise Lincares procedures in accordance with federal and state laws and any applicable payor requirements by performing the following tasks:
Review of clinical dataReview of clinical protocolReview of policies and procedures for complianceRequirements:Must be a Medicare-enrolled physician duly licensed to practice medicine in the state of OregonMust maintain a policy or policies of professional liability insurance for claims resulting from professional misconduct in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 in the annual aggregateSuccessful candidate must represent that he/she is not, and has never been, excluded from participation in the Medicare or Medicaid programs, or any other federal or state health insurance organization nor convicted of a health care-related criminal offenseAbility to devote 1-5 hours per quarter to Lincare on an annual basis
