- Serve as Client Relationship Manager and key contact for NYC Departments with primary focus on NYCDEP and major subconsultant partners in NYC
- Promote relationships with existing and potential clients and consultant partners in conjunction with regional market planning including Water/Wastewater infrastructure
- Increase business by improving client relationships and strengthening repeat business
- Lead business development, identification of new opportunities, proposal development, and marketing of projects, with a specific focus on NYC water clients
- Direct pricing, scoping and win strategies for new work
- Serve as Project Director or Project Manager of projects in the NYC region
- Direct the technical and production work of project teams, administering contractual aspects of the project, and acting as primary contact for NYC clients
- Establishment of project delivery strategy and Quality Assurance planning
- Mentor team members and assess work assignments; provide direction and training as needed to team members
- Actively participate in professional and/or industrial organizations to promote the GHD brand
- Promote and cross sell all GHD services
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, with a focus on NYC work
- Strong client focus (demonstrated experience in major metropolitan areas a plus)
- Strong business development, proposal preparation, and marketing abilities

In response to steady growth within our Water/Wastewater business, our Northeast Region Water group is looking to bring onboard Client Relationship Manager to oversee the expansion of GHD's Water business in New York, NY.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing new clients, leading pursuits of water infrastructure projects and will also provide technical leadership, oversight and guidance to project managers for successful project outcomes.
