Supportive Concepts for Families Inc an Affiliate of Apis Services is immediately looking for a part-time dedicated and hard-working Health Services Coordinator/Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our medical services team in our Berks county surrounding areas In this role you will provide comprehensive nursing care and perform duties under supervision of the Director of Medical Services to individuals in our Behavioral Health and IDD Residential Program This role requires traveling from CLAs to CLAs along with providing training to the CLA Staff in the Northeast/Central region
