Direct Hire - Maintenance Technician

4 on - 3 off - 3 on - 4 off schedule (6a-6p / 6p-6a)

$33/hour

**Description:**

1, Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability and yield.

2, Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).

3, Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.

4, Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

5, Oversees and reviews the work of lower-level technicians.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN MUST HAVES:

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in Industrial/Distribution Maintenance experience

Must have experience troubleshooting speeds, feeds and adjustments on machinery

Must have the ability to change, disassemble, assembler pumps, gears and motors.

Must have experience working with HMI's and Computer Skills

Must have experience with Pneumatics

PLUSES:

-Experience within highly automated facility

-Maintenance on Robotics

Experience with vacuums, servos, sensors, vision systems

Associates or Technical Schooling
