    About The Role:


    Parker's mission is simple but ambitious: to increase the number of financially independent people. We believe the best way to achieve this is by giving independent business owners the financial tools they need to scale profitably.

    Our core product combines a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling—empowering eCommerce merchants to grow faster while staying in control of their margins.

    We've raised over $180M in equity and debt from world-class investors, including Valar Ventures, Y Combinator, SVB, and notable founders such as Solomon Hykes (Docker), Paul Buchheit (Gmail), Paul Graham (Y Combinator), and Robert Leshner (Compound). We're a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand.

    Now, we're seeking a Head of SaaS Partnerships to drive client acquisition by building, scaling, and monetizing partnerships with SaaS ecosystem players. Your goal: turn SaaS relationships into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing a repeatable partner engine with SaaS vendors, consultancies, and ecosystem partners that directly introduces us to their clients, co-markets with us, and co-sells alongside us.

    What You'll Do:

    • Pipeline Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage SaaS partnerships (software providers, implementation partners, consultancies) to generate new business opportunities.

    • Lead Gen Focus: Design referral and co-selling programs that ensure SaaS partnerships consistently deliver client introductions and revenue.

    • Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to launch joint campaigns, integrations, and events that amplify reach and demand.

    • Partner-Sourced Revenue: Own targets for SaaS partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution, with regular reporting and accountability.

    • Account Mapping: Work with Sales to align target accounts with SaaS partners and drive warm introductions into decision-makers.

    • Market Insight: Stay ahead of SaaS ecosystem trends, identifying emerging players that align with our ICP and present growth opportunities.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 4–7+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally within SaaS or B2B tech.

    • Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and revenue from SaaS partnerships.

    • Network: Connections across SaaS companies, service providers, or consultancies is a strong plus.

    • Execution-Oriented: Results-driven; comfortable with clear targets tied to pipeline and ARR growth.

    • Cross-Functional: Collaborative and experienced working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize partner impact.
