    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.

    Opportunity:

    RN - PCU

    Job Details:


    • Work in 18-bed Progressive Care Unit with 5:1 patient ratio

    • 3-5 years PCU experience required

    • 2 previous travel assignments required

    • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

    • Degree accreditation must be on profile OR must have 5 years of PCU experience

    • Florida/Compact nursing license required with recent Nursys verification

    • Use Epic EMR system

    • Floating required - travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses

    • Function as core staff and integrate into unit culture

    • All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted at time of application

    • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date with no exceptions

    • Must be located within 50 miles of permanent address

    • Clinical interview and offer process required

    This healthcare facility features a modern 18-bed Progressive Care Unit that serves as an intermediate level of care between intensive care and medical-surgical units. The facility utilizes Epic EMR system and maintains high standards for patient care with structured nurse-to-patient ratios. The organization emphasizes a welcoming culture where traveling staff are integrated as valued team members and expected to maintain the same high standards as permanent staff.
