    JR51370 Talent Acquisition Program Lead As a Talent Acquisition Program Lead, you will be responsible for building talent pipelines including non-traditional programs, University long-term inspiring activities, and more to discover.

    You will be coordinating the programs working with Talent Acquisition peers and business leaders, new hires, etc.

    In Talent Acquisition team, we are agile in innovative sourcing and recruiting programs, closely working with different parties, align with company strategies.

    This includes but not limited to DEI initiatives, university engagements, etc.
    You will gain the opportunity in experiencing a diverse job scope, interacting with various parties, and broaden your capabilities. Lastly, being the explorer of proposing new initiatives of future talent pipeline.


    The responsibilities are:
    Establish new program in non-traditional pipeline and University programs
    Coordinate among business leaders and other related parties
    Explore and leverage resources internally/externally to acquire project goals
    Capable of generating reports and harnessing existing tools
    Exceptional communication skills to orchestrate conversations and deliver change management
