    Position Overview

    We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Advisors. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.     Key Responsibilities
    • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
    • Estimates & Appointments: Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, and schedule appointments efficiently.
    • Communication: Keep customers informed throughout the service process, explaining progress and additional recommendations as needed.
    • Coordination: Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service jobs.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve any concerns or issues, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role is a plus.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is helpful but not required.
    • Positive attitude, time management, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
