    POSITION SUMMARY

    The warehouse associate will have the responsibility of handling, moving, and documenting raw materials, finished goods, and inbound shipments within the warehouse. This individual will also be in charge of preparing products for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be familiar with proper packing techniques and materials.
    • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship is necessary; familiarity with online freight carrier software is advantageous.
    • Experience with scanners is beneficial.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Basic math and computer skills are essential.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are crucial.

    Level of Experience:

    • Prior warehouse experience in the medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, ideally ranging from 2 to 4 years.
    • 1 year of verifiable experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks is required for at least one of the available positions.

    Level of Education:

    • A minimum of a 2-year High School education is mandatory.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Verify accuracy of picked orders.
    • Pack orders securely for shipping.
    • Dispatch products through FedEx, UPS, or a freight carrier.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
    • Adhere to all quality and compliance regulations set by the company.
    • Perform any other necessary duties.
