    Schedule:
    Night shift, 7:00pm – 7:00am, 36 hours per week guaranteed, 13-week assignment

    Highlights:
    17-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit with telemetry monitoring
    4:1 patient ratio with collaborative team structure (1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs per shift)
    Epic EMR system in use for seamless documentation
    Diverse patient population including post-surgical, cardiac, and neuro care patients
    13-week travel assignment with potential for extension
    Must work 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period and 3 major holidays per year

    Requirements:
    Active Alaska RN license must be in hand at time of submission
    Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
    Proficiency in IV insertion/phlebotomy, NGT management, tracheostomy care, CPAP, high-flow oxygen, and heparin drip management
    Experience with post-surgical care, NIH/stroke protocols, and cardiac monitoring
    Cardiac and neuro care experience strongly preferred
    Ability to float to Ortho, Medical-Surgical, Medical-Oncology, MOU, Rehab, and CVSU units
    Navy blue scrubs required
