    Description

    First Shift : 6:00am-2:30pm

    Essential Job Functions:

    · Update and manage preventative maintenance program

    · Schedule and provide machine maintenance to all machines

    · Schedule and provide machine maintenance according to preventative maintenance schedule

    · Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed

    · Maintain UniPoint and repair logs accurately for tracking needs and accounting records

    · Provide support to CEO and President as needed

    · Cross-train with support personnel and provide back up as needed

    · Conserve energy and organizational resources when possible

    Skills/Requirements:

    · Assist in other duties as needed and directed

    · Working knowledge of machine tool components

    · Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot CNC machine controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics

    · Ability to read and understand schematics (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)

    · Ability to efficiently communicate with OEM machine service personnel

    · Must be able to identify and contact replacement part distributors as needed

    · Maintain confidentiality

    · Thoroughness and attention to detail

    · Develops alternative solutions when needed

    · Ability to operate and obtain forklift license

    · Valid driver's license

    · Ability to operate snowplow

    · Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
