- Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the Region.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Area Managers (AM's) and Territory Managers (TM's) of the Region.
- Responsible for goal setting and monitoring activity of AM's and TM's.
- Interacts with Business Development, Technical Service, CMG, Marketing and Administration to facilitate sales and growth in the Region.
- Makes direct sales calls with other sales personnel on large impact jobs.
- Trains, monitors and motivates the AM's, TM's and Project Engineers.
- Responsible for the recruitment of AM's and TM's.
- Submits detailed reports to VP - Sales on sales projections, impact projects, repairs and other liabilities.
- Responsible for submitting hiring needs and growth projections for the Region.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Sales Force Automation.
- Demonstrates the ability to Lead and Organize a Team.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- A proven ability to manage projects.
- B.S. Degree (Engineering or Business, preferred).
- Five (5) or more years of sales management experience within Stonhard or a similar sales organization
