    Shift:
    Monday–Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

    This position will serve as a working associate in support of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities and other technical needs related to procurement services which involve our e-procurement platform, catalog onboarding, supplier enablement, customer service, etc...

    The qualified candidate will assist with and provide support for the administration ofSAPvendor master data, PaymentWorks vendor onboarding, other master data related to SAP materials, etc...

    In addition to e-procurement support, the successful candidate will perform data reporting across both internal and external data sources relating to procurement utilizing Excel and other applications.

    They will also assist with IT desktop support, assistance with SAP Ariba Network support involving internal customer assistance as well as support to external network suppliers.

    They will participate in and provide support with downstream procurement transaction reconciliation and assist with transaction matching/clearing processes.

    Additionally, they will provide support with internal support tasks related to the Procurement Services website, transactions routing, and other internal support activities.

    The successful candidate will provide support to the myUK Amazon Business platform administration. They will also assist in creating and providing support for Procurement Services learning content and knowledge management.

    The position will assist with common procurement activities such as bid solicitation, purchase orders, contract management assistance, internal training, needed.

    Excel proficiency.

    Preferred Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree plus two or more years related experience preferred.
