- 8+ years of experience in Contract Analyst roles, specializing in procurement activities.
- Proficiency in developing Statements of Work (SOW), including validation with customers, vendors, and procurement staff.
- Ability to review contracts for compliance with DTMB Procurement standards.
- Capable of leading and providing updates on procurement tasks to project managers and management.
- Skilled in analyzing business needs and determining deliverables for SOWs and RFPs.
- Expertise in monitoring and validating IT contracts and procurement documentation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for procurement task management and reporting.
- Familiarity with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and similar procurement processes.
- Aptitude for creating templates, standards, and documents to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and contract management.
- Ability to research, compile, and analyze contract data for problem resolution.
- Proficient in maintaining payment logs for vendor invoices.
- Knowledge of information technology concepts, particularly the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in managing customer and vendor relationships, conflict analysis, and resolution.

The Senior Contract Analyst will oversee the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW), as well as manage the review and organization of area contracts.
