Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper, where your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces. Your dedication to high standards will ensure every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness during their stay. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with attention to detail and efficiency.
Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to keep surfaces spotless and safe.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability and readiness for guests.
Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to uphold property standards.
Support housekeeping management in training new team members and maintaining quality control standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and industrial cleaning methods.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry expectations is highly desirable.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably.
Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
