Job summary
The AVP Finance Operations & Administration serves as the strategic leader for payroll fleet finance operations administrative services across shipboard shoreside environments. This role oversees large-scale complex financial processes supporting global crew populations ensuring end-to-end payroll accuracy maintaining compliance multiple jurisdictions enabling efficient financial operations throughout fleet.Responsibilities
- Create drive strategic direction operations system-wide payroll function organization implement efficient payroll processes ensure timely payment shoreside crew members ensuring compliance relevant labor laws regulations develop execute comprehensive strategy payroll finance operations administrative services across shipboard shoreside functions.
- Leads functional areas including Fleet Finance payroll operations time attendance systems tax project management reporting communications compliance oversee financials onboard collaborating closely with operation partners senior leadership finance legal IT developing updating implementation system-wide policies procedures improve efficiency effectiveness payroll process implementing strategic objective leads development oversight key project plans increase automation consistency integrity of systems and operational excellence.
