Must have active state license
BC or BE required
Call, 24-hour shifts
NRP, PALS and ACLS required
patients per day in clinic, 5 - 8 procedures per week, 5 hospital consults per week
General non-invasive cardioversions, stress tests, pacemaker interrogations, ER call etc
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
