- You will work with experienced HR professionals and will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.
- You will assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
- You may also need to help to train the hiring manager in how to conduct a legal interview.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as new hire orientation and associate with the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the HR department.
- Currently studying for bachelor's degree, Graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Must be at least in your sophomore year of an accredited college/university.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work approximately 20 hours a week for up to 2 months, beginning in June and it will be end in July of 2024 **There may be a variety in hours**
