Job Description


WANTED:
A Senior Engineer/Analyst (Chief Engineer)
with demonstrated experience in supporting DoD MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis.
As a Chief Engineer

you will:

A week in the life of a Chief Engineer
Provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support for Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP).
Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and System Engineering Plans (SEPs).
Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews.
Provide working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) Test and Evaluation and engineering support.
Support Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRA).
Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
Assess and provide recommendations on DT&E policy.
Support back office and metrics database, DAES assessments, integrate data from multiple stakeholders, and directly support leadership.

Job Requirements
12 Years of Relevant Experience
Master's degree in science or engineering field
Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility)
Experience supporting DoD MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities.
Experience supporting OSD and/or Service Branch HQ organizations.
Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDAF.

Preferred certifications:
DAWIA Level 3 (PM, T&E, SE), PMP, Lean Six Sigma
