    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support internal and external customer business needs
    • Act as liaison between clients and the IS organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
    • Support clients through production issues that may be encountered
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
    • 5 years of experience in IT, encompassing client relationship management, IS marketing, and expertise in process and product improvement
    • Experience with:
      • ITIL process/ServiceNow
      • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any major
    Location: Onsite role in Columbia, SC.
    This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 50% remote work.

    The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
