NETCHEX is seeking an on-site part-time Client Service Representative for our Corporate Office in Covington, Louisiana. Our Client Service Team serves as the primary point of contact for our clients.

You will be helping to support our clients with their use of our payroll and HR software, in a solution-based service environment.

Communicating with clients daily via phone, email, and web meetings to provide general support and training.
Troubleshooting client questions/requests related to our software. Some of these categories include payroll, time and attendance, and human capital management.

Attending training to obtain a working knowledge of our payroll and HRIS systemCompleting complex projects where attention to detail is a necessityCoordinating with various departments to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely mannerKeeping accurate records of client interactions using CRM softwareWhat are the requirements?Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in a client facing customer service role is preferred.

OR Minimum 4 years in a client-facing customer service roleHigh School Diploma or GED is required.

Strong Technical AptitudeAbility to multi-task and adapt to shifting prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, strong Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
