    Responsibilities

    • Play the role of HR Business partner and effectively implement the HR strategy across all functions.
    • Strengthen the Talent Management process within the company focusing on quality of talent impacting synergies of decisions and actions.
    • Develop and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion.
    • Periodically review organization structure for consistency with company's strategy and efficacy of outputs.
    • Develop recruitment and retention strategies that create a pipeline of talent for succession.
    • Effectively drive the succession management process of the company. You will develop a comprehensive leadership capability building plan focusing a robust approach and effectiveness.
    • Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent related issues.
    • Manage the organization's training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
    Must Haves:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience on onboarding and payroll process in her past assignment and has been the HR SPOC to resolve employee queries.
    • Experience of working with IT Services firm in the past. Is working with a travel management company, supporting employees who plan travel excursions in Poland. Has no understanding of IT competitive landscape and policies etc.
    • Understanding of local labour laws and policies i.e., policy and law linked with separation.
    • Understanding on BHR areas like employee engagement, performance management, R&R
    Nice to haves:
    • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business objectives and challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
