    We are actively searching for an HR Manager for one of our Financial Services clients in the Los Angeles, CA area. They are multi state and rapidly growing.     MUST HAVES:

    • Strong HR Operations, Benefits, compliance experience.

    Onsite 5x weekly near Century City, CA (please do not apply if you are not open to an onsite role)

    Compensation Range: $ plus large bonus of around 20-30k yearly

    • Manage all aspects of talent acquisition to include preparing job descriptions, screening

    applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating and extending offers of employment

    • Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork, equipment and workspace set-up, candidate questions, and creating individualized orientation programs
    • Manage and process employee termination and related documentation
    • Update and administer the Companys annual self-assessment, goal setting, and manager

    assessment review process

    • Partner with Head of Human resources on the creation and facilitation of leadership development programs. Establish and manage programs to encourage employee personal and professional growth, including managerial coaching and leadership
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and

    recommended best practices; in collaboration with the legal department, review policies and

    procedures to maintain compliance

    • Manage employee benefits and process/oversee payroll for multistate employees.
    • Manage the Companys paid time off policies and reporting practices, administer occasional leave of absence requests and related processes and documentation
    • Manage employee and third-party employed staffs employment records and related documentation according to established retention requirements
    • Answer questions regarding policies and procedures (i.e. benefits, leave of absence, retirement, etc.) as appropriate.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree, HR certifications SHRM, PHR, strongly desired
    • Experience working in a rapidly growing, always changing environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, written, and verbal communication skills.
