    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pursue new logo business with companies up to 1,000 employees by contacting prospects via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings to qualify their application development needs and propose suitable Cornerstone solutions.

    • Manage the sales process from prospecting to close, maintaining an accurate and robust sales pipeline.

    • Schedule and conduct online product demos for prospects and clients, providing strong inside sales, marketing, and sales engineering support.

    • Prioritize daily activities to ensure meeting sales quota and management objectives.

    • Use our CRM to manage and track leads, maintaining accurate records and developing long-term relationships with prospects.

    • Collaborate with internal resources to develop strategic plans to grow the business.

    • Negotiate business terms and coordinate legal interactions to facilitate contracting processes.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the SMB space, exceeding company sales quotas, and possessing strong time management skills.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to comfortably demonstrate software and communicate with technical and non-technical executives.

    • Experience using a CRM or contact management system and strong business acumen.

    • Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of talent management.

    • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

    • Consideration for privacy and security obligations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in business services and/or software sales, successfully selling solutions or services at the executive level.

    • Experience with solution selling and new business development.
