    Position Summary


    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care based on individualized patient needs, performing dependent and independent nursing functions in accordance with established standards and procedures.

    This role functions under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse.

    Qualifications

    Valid, unrestricted

    LPN license

    Current CPR certification

    Ability to pass a background check
