    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
    • Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
    • Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
    • Enter and update reservation information in the system.
    • Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
    • Maintain the front desk ensuring it's clean, welcoming, and organized.

    Requirements

    We prefer candidates with:

    • 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies P.E.A.C.H.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
