- Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant project completion to expedite the project life cycle and exceed customer expectations.
- Emphasize customer engagement and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Lead, plan, and oversee projects throughout the Element U.S. Space & Defense life cycle.
- Take ownership of projects within the assigned business area, emphasizing business value delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets regularly and preemptively address any potential overruns.
- Implement best project management practices and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
- Act as a liaison between customers and operations to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise projects independently.
- Proficiency in project management principles and standard operating procedures.
- Experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in a testing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial controls, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
