    Description

    ESM is a specialized sales & marketing consulting organization that focuses on the development of quality-driven sales processes and deals within the Clean-Technology and Renewable Energy space. The majority of our clients fall within ESG but we also work within multiple other innovative spaces like FinTech and LegalTech.

    As consultants, we work with our clients to understand the value of their product and then leverage our expertise to develop sales playbooks, facilitate the outreach and ultimately act as facilitators for the deals we generate.

    This is an excellent job for recent graduates because we mentor you and arm you with the skills that would typically be learned over an entire career. Most internal SDR/BDR teams are mismanaged, have unrealistic goals and do not typically provide the mentorship that is key early in careers.

    This role will be responsible for prospecting on behalf of our clients to generate new business opportunities. You must be comfortable developing email messaging as well as speaking over the phone and present yourself professionally via email and Zoom calls.

    We have a young, creative and energetic team that we are looking to further build out. Currently, we are using a blended work schedule with 2-3 days a week in our office. Check out our workspace here

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify quality prospects and set revenue-generating opportunities for assigned clients
    • Track and manage all activity via various CRM systems
    • Report prospecting performance back to managing team members
    • Meet monthly outreach metrics and performance goals
    • Support the development and growth of ESM clients
    • Collaborate on ESM creative marketing and communication tactics
    • Identify opportunities for improvements for ESM and our clients
    • Participate in frequent internal and external meetings to review activity and performance

    Preferred (but not required )Experience

    • Have obtained a 4-year bachelor's degree (Business, Communication, Marketing preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, GSuite, Slack
    • Compensation: We aim to get all of our employees to over a $50k base within the first year of employment. On average our employees receive $5,000+ in bonuses in their first year. Reviews take place every 3-6 months.
