- Work Schedule: 3 days in person, 2 days remote
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and creating customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Ongoing supervision and training for behavior support staff.
- Partnering with families, educators, and specialists to ensure consistent strategy implementation.
- Accurate documentation maintenance and progress monitoring through data analysis.
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Louisiana BCBA Licensure
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA
- Effective communication skills and proficient data analysis abilities.
