    We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support a skilled nursing facility in Waycross, GA. This is a contract assignment offering full-time hours in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

    As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist patients with rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
    Provide rehabilitative exercises and interventions as directed by the PT
    Accurately document patient progress and response to treatment
    Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support overall patient care

    Qualifications:
    Active PTA license in Georgia (required)
    Hands-on BLS certification (required)
    Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred
    Strong communication and documentation skills
